Who is this course for?

HR directors, HR managers, recruiters, talent acquisition specialists, and HR generalists who want to automate repetitive tasks and reclaim their time. If you are spending more than a few hours a week on manual data entry, scheduling, or follow-ups — this course is for you.

Do I need technical experience?

No. The course starts with foundations and builds progressively. If you can use email and a spreadsheet, you have enough technical background. Jeff designed this for HR professionals — not engineers.

How long does the course take?

The total coursework is 4-6 hours across 8 modules. Most students complete one module per week. You have 1 year of access from enrollment, so you can work at whatever pace fits your schedule.

Does this course earn SHRM PDCs?

Yes. 4Spot Consulting is an approved SHRM Recertification Provider. This course awards 7.5 SHRM Professional Development Credits (PDCs) upon completion.

What is included in the price?

All 8 course modules, every template and worksheet, SHRM PDCs upon completion, your Automated Recruiter Certificate, and 1 year of access to all course materials. Single payment — no recurring fees.

What is the refund policy?

We offer a 3-day refund window from the date of enrollment — as long as no coursework has been started. Once you begin any module, the enrollment is final. We believe in the course and want you to commit to completing it.

Will automation replace my HR team?

No. Automation replaces tasks, not people. The entire premise of the OpsMesh™ methodology is that your team was hired to do human work — build culture, develop talent, make judgment calls, lead. Every hour they spend on scheduling, data entry, and copy-paste is an hour the business paid for the wrong thing. Automation exists to return those hours.

Is this lifetime access?

Access is for 1 year from enrollment. This gives you plenty of time to complete the 4-6 hours of coursework, review materials, and implement what you have learned. The time boundary is intentional — it creates accountability.

Can I get my company to pay for this?

Many students do. The course is SHRM-approved for recertification credits, which makes it easier to justify as a professional development expense. Module 7 even teaches you how to build an ROI case — which you can use for this very purchase.

How is this different from other HR automation training?

Three ways. First, we teach automation before AI — not the other way around. Second, every case study is real — drawn from actual engagements. Third, the instructor has 40+ years in operations and 1,000+ automations built. Jeff Arnold is not a credentialed educator teaching theory. He is an operator who built the methodology the course teaches.

Is this a sales pitch for 4Spot services?

The course is built on the OpsMesh™ methodology that 4Spot uses with clients. Yes, of course we would love you to come work with us; however, that is not what this course is about.
