THE ORIGIN
A mortgage company, late one night.
I was manually managing leads. Copying data, sending follow-ups, tracking statuses in spreadsheets. The work was tedious, error-prone, and completely automatable.
So I automated it, and watched the team reclaim hours every single day.
That moment, seeing manual work disappear and smart people finally do the work they were hired for, became the foundation of everything I have built since: 4Spot Consulting, the books, the partnerships, and the Academies.
